Keep your gaming safe —
enjoy it responsibly
At bb33, we believe entertainment should always stay within limits — our tools and support help you maintain those limits.
Our commitment to responsible gaming at bb33
Enjoying online betting and casino games is great when it stays a source of fun and entertainment. bb33 is committed to creating a safe environment for Bangladeshi players. Our goal is not just to provide games, but to ensure every player stays in control of their own experience.
Gambling is entertainment — not a source of income. We firmly believe that family, health, and financial security should always come first. At bb33, we have tools and policies in place that give you full control over your time and spending.
This page will show you how to use bb33's safety tools, how to recognize signs of a gambling problem, and where to get help if you need it.
Registration and play at bb33 is permitted only for individuals aged 21 or above. Anyone under 21 may not open an account or make a deposit on this platform. We strictly prevent underage gambling.
Safety Tools & Protection
Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately; a request to increase it only applies after a set waiting period. This keeps your budget protected.
Session Time Limit
Set a maximum time for each gaming session. When the time is up, the system will alert you. Using this feature makes it easy to avoid spending too much time playing.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can apply to exclude yourself from bb33 for a set period or permanently. During this time your account will not be accessible and no promotional communications will be sent to you.
Wager Limit
Set a maximum amount you will wager within a given period. If you reach that limit, the system will automatically stop accepting bets — keeping your decisions protected.
Cooling-Off Period
If you need a temporary break, you can choose a cooling-off period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this time your account will be locked and no new bets can be placed.
24/7 Support
If you have any concerns about your gaming, contact our support team — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email. Support is provided in both Bengali and English.
How to recognize warning signs
It can sometimes be hard to tell when entertainment has crossed a line. Ask yourself the questions below — if the answer to several of them is "yes", you should contact bb33 support.
These questions are for awareness only — they are not a substitute for professional assessment. If you are genuinely concerned, please seek professional advice.
- Are you spending more money on gaming than you can afford?
- Are you hiding your gambling from family or friends?
- Do you feel compelled to keep playing to win back money you have lost?
- Do you feel anxious or restless when you try to stop playing?
- Are you skipping work, studies, or family responsibilities to spend time gaming?
- Are you borrowing money or dipping into savings to fund your gaming?
- Do you feel like you want to stop but cannot?
How to use self-control tools
Set Limits
After logging in to your bb33 account, go to the Account Settings section and select the "Responsible Gaming" option. From there you can set your own deposit limits, session time, and wager limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately.
Apply for a Cooling-Off Period or Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break for a while, contact us via support chat or email [email protected] to apply for a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. Our team will process your request promptly and send you a confirmation.
Opt Out of Promotions
You can unsubscribe from bb33 bonus offers and promotional emails at any time. This reduces temptation and makes it easier to play in a controlled way.

After logging in to your account, you can view your full betting and deposit history. Staying aware of your own spending patterns is an important part of responsible gaming.
Protection of Minors
bb33 strictly follows a 21+ age policy. If you have underage children or family members at home, use parental control software on your computer and mobile devices. Never share your bb33 account login details with anyone.

Responsible Gaming Policy
bb33 believes every player has the right to enjoy gaming — but that enjoyment should never become a burden. That is why we follow certain core principles.
Gaming is for entertainment only: Playing at bb33 is for fun, not a way to earn income. Before every bet, ask yourself — if I lose this money, will it affect my daily life?
Stick to your budget: Set a fixed entertainment budget each month and stay within it. bb33's deposit limit feature makes this automatic.
Do not play to recover losses: Chasing losses — increasing your bets to win back money you have lost — is a dangerous habit. Accept losses as a normal part of the game and stay within your set limits.
Play with a clear head: Never place bets while drinking, when you are angry, or when you are under excessive stress. Playing with a clear mind gives you the best experience.
Take breaks: Resting after a long session is important. Taking regular breaks helps you make better decisions and keeps gaming enjoyable.
Take a break whenever you feel like it — whether that is two hours or two months. bb33 is always here for you, come back whenever you are ready.
