3.3 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any outstanding balance can be withdrawn before closure, however bonus funds will be forfeited.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet a 15x (15 times) wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

• The bonus may only be claimed once.
• The maximum bet amount using bonus balance is fixed — each bet must be 10% or less of the total bonus.
• The deposited amount will also not be withdrawable until the wagering requirements are met.
• The bonus may be cancelled if bets are placed on prohibited games or using prohibited strategies.

5.3 VIP Program

bb33 has four VIP tiers and players can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is suspected — such as bet coverage strategies, collusion, or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — all associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

6 Gameplay and Betting Policy

The bb33 platform offers slot games, live casino, sports betting, and other games. All games are operated using fair play and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• Game results are recorded automatically, and in the event of a technical error, bb33's system records will be considered final.
• If a connection is lost mid-game, the result of that round will be determined based on the data stored on the server.
• If a fault in the game provider's software causes an abnormal result, bb33 reserves the right to void that bet and return the funds at the standard rate.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, that bet will be declared void and the stake will be returned.
